The Bologna Autostazione is located in Piazza XX Settembre 6, at the beginning of Via Indipendenza, near Porta Galliera, in the heart of the city.
The Autostazione is easily reached by any means of transport.

Parking

There are two wide paying car parks, run by the company L'Operosa.

Underground Car Park

It is the largest car park, with car repair and electrical repair shop annexed, and is situated on the floor below the Autostazione.
Two entrances: from Piazza XX Settembre and from Viale Masini, alongside the Autostazione.
Maximum capacity 350 cars, unlimited parking, unlimited opening hours (round the clock), open every day of the year.

In front of the Autostazione's main entrance, with access both from Via Indipendenza and from Viale Masini.
Maximum capacity 49 paying parking places, opening hours 8:00a.m.-10:00p.m., open every day of the year.

How to reach the Bologna Autostazione

A14 Exit Bologna-San Lazzaro, get onto the Tangenziale (ring road), take exit Nr. 7 (Stalingrado), direction Bologna, Porta Mascarella
A13, Exit Bologna-Arcoveggio, get onto the Tangenziale (ring road), take exit Nr. 7 (Stalingrado), direction Bologna, Porta Mascarella
A1, Exit Bologna-Borgo Panigale for those coming from Milan, Exit Bologna Casalecchio for those coming from Florence; get onto the Tangenziale, take Exit Nr. 7 (Stalingrado), direction Bologna, Porta Mascarella

For those coming from the Airport or from Bologna's Tangenziale (ring road)

Take Exit Nr. 7 Stalingrado, direction Bologna Centro, Porta Mascarella, direction Viale Masini towards the Stazione FS (central railway station).

For those coming from the city

Follow the boulevards encircling the old town. The Bologna Autostazione is situated at the beginning of Viale Masini, between Porta Mascarella and Porta Galliera near the railway station.
