Sending a complaint

If you want to send a complaint, you can do so, just send the attached form by following the PROCEDURE below.

The complaint can be sent in Italian or English.

COMPLAINTS FORM to be sent to autostazionebo@pec.it - ufficio@autostazionebo.it or delivered by hand to the stationmaster's office located inside the bus station.

English version for  COMPLAINT FORM to be send to: ufficio@autostazionebo.it 

If the complaint is not answered within 30 days, the user is automatically entitled to compensation.
The user is also entitled, in the event of no response within 30 days, or of an unsatisfactory response, to send a complaint directly to the Transport Regulation Authority:
