Opening of terms for retroactive complaints
Users are hereby informed that, in compliance with the provisions of ART resolution no. 94/2026 of June 15, 2026 (issued within the scope of the procedure referred to in resolution no. 152/2025 of September 11, 2025), Autostazione di Bologna S.r.l. has established the option to submit retroactive complaints.
This measure concerns any disruptions or deficiencies encountered in the Bus Station's services during the period between June 25, 2025, and July 30, 2025.

Deadline: The final and non-extendable deadline is set for December 31, 2026
